We can test out using the Learning Game Tech called voice pal to transcribe your mp4---> mp3 to text. This will allow you to make a quick video then convert mp4 to a sound file (mp3), then convert to text.
You could consider making a video, where you can share you screen while you record and upload it to the server, but this is way more time consuming that the Voice Pal transcription method.
Of course, you can also just type it up, reflect, edit then make public, and include doodles, graphics etc.
